2. Product Description & Artistic Variations

Our silicone dolls and accessories are handcrafted or artistically produced items. Due to the nature of silicone materials and hand-finishing processes:

Minor variations in skin tone, texture, weight, and detailing may occur.
Air bubbles, slight seam lines, matte finishes, or small imperfections may be present and are considered normal characteristics of silicone artistry.
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor or device display differences.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Due to the delicate and specialty nature of silicone dolls and accessories, items cannot be restocked or resold.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include:

Order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of original packaging
Description of the issue

Refunds and/or store credits are issued at our sole discretion and are subject to the extent of the damage or issue with the item.

We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for:

Partial refund
Store credit
Replacement (if available)

Normal wear, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery is not covered.

5. Product Care & Handling

Silicone dolls are delicate collector items and must be handled with care.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

Silicone can tear if handled improperly.
Exposure to heat, sharp objects, certain fabrics, oils, or friction may cause damage.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, storage, modification, or use.

We are not responsible for misuse, modification, or unintended use of our products.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollar amounts. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Please pay attention to the specific processing times of each item listed. The processings time does not include the time it will take in transit via the carrier.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped:

We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michele's Little Gems shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Emotional distress claims
Loss resulting from misuse or mishandling
Normal wear and tear
