Thank you for shopping with Michele's Little Gems. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


Order Processing Time

Processing time varies by item.

Because many of our silicone dolls and accessories are handcrafted, made-to-order, or prepared individually, each product may require a different preparation timeframe.

Processing time:

  • Refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and ship your order.

  • Does not include shipping carrier transit time.

  • Begins once payment has been successfully processed.

Estimated processing times will be listed in the product description when applicable. If no timeframe is listed, please allow 7–21 business days.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or special releases.


Shipping & Transit Time

Shipping time (transit time) begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier.

Transit times vary depending on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Carrier delays

  • Destination

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package is in transit.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to insufficient address details

  • Additional shipping fees caused by address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Notify us so we can assist where possible.

Shipping insurance (if offered) is recommended for high-value purchases.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or additional fees imposed by their country

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees once the package leaves our facility.


Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives visibly damaged, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

All claims are subject to review and resolution at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. The total time to receive your order equals:
